The largest Pétanque event in the Americas, the Pétanque Amelia Island Open welcomes players from around the world to the enchanted Florida island where play unfolds alongside a harborfront and historic district that beckon with sunshine, shops and restaurants, and a true feeling of joie de vivre - not unlike La Ciotat on the French Mediterranean coast, where the sport began. FAQs

Can I register individually if I don't know my teammate?

You will need to provide a full team registration with the names of both players in order to register.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The age mimimum is 13, and we welcome multi-generational teams.

What's the refund policy?

If you cancel on or before Oct 1, 2017 we will refund your registration fee, minus a $45 handling fee. This will be issued via EventBrite.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We prefer that you bring your confirmation number and printed ticket or mobile QR code for easy check-in.
